2. BDM Method (includes accessing the computer and pre-programming of the ECU).
In the BDM and BootMode methods, the computer (ECU) is physically removed for programming purposes. Specialized tools and adapters are used for these purposes. With their help, the tuner connects to the necessary pins and downloads the required tuning data.
3. Chip Replacement (removal and installation of a modified chip with our software) – a method for older vehicles.
Djigittuning can also work with older vehicles (pre-2000). The programming of the software for similar models usually involves the removal of the chips with the necessary tuning data. With the help of a professional chip tuning programmer, the file is read and modified. Finally, the chips are re-soldered onto the board.
